When I was in Lisbon for Web Summit 2018 I sat down with Shiven Ramji of DigitalOcean at the amazing Pestana Palace to talk about Web64 and my experiences with their Hatch Program for startups.
Video of the conversation we had is now available on YouTube, and as a podcast on Soundcloud, Spotify og iTunes.
In the interview we talk about where the name Web64 comes from, some of the challenges as a solo founders and some thoughts about how founders should be aware of potential unintended consequences of what we are building.
It was great to meet some of the people behind DigitalOcean, and if you are going to Web Summit next year it is well worth it to check out their events, especially DigitalOcean’s rooftop party.
If you are in a startup I can really recommend joining their Hatch program. Join a community of startups, get assistance in setting up your server architecture, in addition to hosting credits.
